By accessing and using Freelance Contract Milestone Tracker at freelance-contract-milestone-tracker.hub2.day ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

The Site provides a static checklist tool that lets freelancers input project phases and generate a printable milestone completion tracker with payment due reminders. All outputs are generated locally in your browser based on the information you enter. The Site is offered for informational and organizational convenience only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for verifying milestone dates, payment amounts, and contractual obligations with your clients.
3. No Professional Relationship
Use of the Site does not create any consultant–client, attorney–client, or other professional relationship between you and the Site operator. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or financial advisor.
4. Verification of Outputs
You must independently review and verify all milestone trackers, payment schedules, and reminders produced using the tool. We make no representations that the generated outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific contracts or jurisdiction.
5. Lawful Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Site to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, security, or accessibility.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or unauthorized advertising.
- Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the Site without permission.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
6. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The Site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and may include links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or control third-party content, products, or services. Your interactions with advertisers or linked sites are solely between you and the third party. We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from those interactions.
7. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's code, design, or content without prior written permission. 10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
